A labourer and the child of Edward Warner and Ann Witherden, Isaac Warner, the 3 times great-grandfather of Nigel Horne, was born in St Peters, Thanet, Kent, England on 31 Aug 17971,2,3,4,5, was baptised there on 7 Oct 1797 and also married Hannah Nethersoll (with whom he had 8 children: Isaac, Elizabeth Ann, Edward, Emma J, Mary Ann, Isaac, William Robert and Caroline) there on 8 Nov 18236.

During his life, he was living at Callis Court, St Peters, Thanet, Kent, England on 6 Jun 1841, less than a mile from his niece Elizabeth Warner who was living in St Peters, Thanet, Kent, England8; at Tippledore Lane, St Peters, Thanet on 30 Mar 1851, less than a mile from his niece Elizabeth Warner who was living at Bromstone, St Peters, Thanet, Kent, England, following the death of his wife on 10 Jun 18509; and at Serene Place, Broadstairs, Kent on 7 Apr 186111 and on 2 Apr 187110.
