Biography

A charwoman, Ann Gammon, the wife of Thomas Stupple the third times great-uncle of Nigel Horne, was born in Herne Bay, Kent, England in 18441,2 and and married Thomas (a bricklayers labourer with whom she had 7 children: Jesse G, Caroline, Elizabeth, Nellie, Emma Jane, James S and Edward) at Christ Church, Herne Bay on 5 Jun 18653.

During her life, she was living at Nursery Gardens, Herne, Kent, England in 1881[1] and on 3 Apr 1881[2].

She died in 1886 in Blean, Kent (jan/Feb/Mar).
