During his life, he was living at Crump's Farm, St Nicholas-at-Wade on 6 Jun 18411 and on 30 Mar 185112; at The Row, St Nicholas-at-Wade on 7 Apr 186111; at Parish Cottage, St Nicholas-at-Wade on 2 Apr 18714 and on 3 Apr 18815; and at The Street, St Nicholas-at-Wade on 5 Apr 18916 - less than a mile from his great-niece May Spratt who was living at Shuart Cottage, Podden Street, St Nicholas-at-Wade, Kent, England and his nephew John Spratt who was living at Shuart Cottage, Podden Street, St Nicholas-at-Wade, Kent, England, when he was living with his daughter, Jane, following the death of his wife on 7 Jun 1884.
