Elva , the wife of Charles Edward Bixler the fourth cousin twice-removed on the mother's side of Nigel Horne, was born in Hardin, Ohio, USA on Apr 5, 1885.

She married Charles (a stonecutter) c. 1914.

During her life, she was living in Allen, Ohio, USA on Jan 1, 19202 and in Lima, Ohio on Apr 1, 19401.

She died on Feb 19, 1975 in Lima, Ohio (charles E. Bixler, 54, a World war veteran, died Saturday morning at his home, 253 S. Pine-st, after a long illness. He was a native of Ft. Wayne, Ind., and had lived in Lima for about 30 years. He was a stonecutter by trade. Surviving are his wife, Elva; his father and mother, William and Anna Bixler of Wolcottville, Ind.; and two brothers, Harry and Jesse, both of Ft. Wayne. He was a member of Trinity Methodist church and the Brotherhood Sunday school class. Funeral services will be held at the late home Monday at 10 a.m., in charge of Rev. W. B. Arthur of Alger.
