The child of Charles Culmer (an ordinary agricultural labourer) and Emma Beak, Georgina Culmer, the first cousin twice-removed on the mother's side of Nigel Horne, was born at Minster, Thanet, Kent, England on 17 May 18981,2.

She was married to Dixon.

During her life, she was living at 1 Chalk Hole Cottages, Garlinge, Kent, England on 31 Mar 1901[3] and at Newports Lydden, Garlinge on 2 Apr 1911[4].

She died c. May 1995 in Thanet, Kent2.
