Rose Horne, the wife of George Charles Horne the first cousin three-times-removed on the father's side of Nigel Horne, was born in Ramsgate, Kent, England c. 18631,2 and married George (a barman with whom she had 4 children: Alice Rose, Emma Elizabeth, George Charles and Sidney Albert) at St Lawrence, Thanet, Kent, England on May 6, 18914.
